12:25 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- An antitrust lawsuit targeting CVS Health ( CVS ) , Colgate-Palmolive ( CL ) and other companies by the social media platform X has been dismissed, according to a court filing on Thursday.

The lawsuit, which alleged that the companies and the World Federation of Advertisers illegally boycotted the platform, was dismissed by US District Judge Jane Boyle because X had failed to show it had suffered harm under antitrust laws, according to the filing.

The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
