Anywhere Real Estate Swings to Q3 Adjusted Loss, Revenue Rises; Suspends Guidance Due to Proposed Compass Merger

08:57 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Anywhere Real Estate ( HOUS ) reported a Q3 adjusted loss Tuesday of $0.12 per diluted share, swinging from adjusted earnings of $0.06 a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected an adjusted loss of $0.16.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.63 billion, up from $1.54 billion a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.56 billion.

The company said it is suspending its forward guidance and will no longer provide an update on comparisons with previous guidance due to its proposed merger with Compass.

Shares of Anywhere Real Estate ( HOUS ) were up more than 5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
