Aon to Acquire Insurance Broker Griffiths & Armour

09:55 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aon (AON) said Friday it has agreed to acquire UK-based insurance broker Griffiths & Armour.

Financial terms were not disclosed for the deal, which is expected to close in Q1, the company said.
