Aon to Sell Pet Insurance Agency Healthy Paws to Chubb for Undisclosed Amount

05:47 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aon (AON) agreed to sell its pet insurance agency Healthy Paws to Chubb Group, the subsidiary of Chubb Limited ( CB ) said Monday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The sale is expected to close in Q2.

Chubb ( CB ) has served as Healthy Paws' underwriter for more than a decade. Chubb Group North America insurance President John Lupica said the existing relationship will assist in a smooth transition for employees, customers, and partners.

Jon Harris, currently president and chief operating officer at Health Paws will continue leading the business.
