10:14 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aon (AON) and LevelBlue said Friday Aon's cybersecurity and intellectual property litigation consulting groups, including Stroz Friedberg and Elysium Digital, have been acquired by LevelBlue.

The acquired teams will operate as Stroz Friedberg, a LevelBlue unit, the companies said.

LevelBlue is integrating Stroz Friedberg's consulting with its 24/7 managed detection and response services to provide real-time, AI-driven threat detection and response, they added.

Financial details were not disclosed.
