09:55 AM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aon (AON) said Wednesday that Christa Davies, the company's chief financial officer, will retire in 2025.

Davies will remain as CFO until Q3 and then become senior adviser until 2025 to aid in the transition, the company said, adding that it has started a succession planning process for the next CFO.

Aon also said its board has approved a two-year extension of Chief Executive Greg Case's employment agreement to April 1, 2028.
