11:16 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- APA (APA) filed a shelf registration statement Monday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential resale of 501,708 common shares of the company from time to time by certain shareholders in one or more offerings.

The shares are issuable upon exercise of series A warrants of APA by the selling stockholders, the company said. The stockholders received the warrants upon the consummation of the merger of an APA unit into Callon Petroleum in exchange for their series A warrants of Callon, APA said.
