Apex Treasury Closes IPO, Private Placement

02:59 PM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apex Treasury ( APXTU ) said Wednesday it closed an initial public offering of around 34.5 million units at $10 apiece.

The offering included nearly 4.5 million units under an overallotment option fully exercised by underwriters, according to a statement.

Each unit comprises one class A common share and one-half of a redeemable warrant, with each warrant exercisable to buy one class A share at $11.50 per share, the company said, adding that the units began trading on the Nasdaq under the APXTU ticker on Tuesday.

The class A shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the tickers APXT and APXTW, respectively, once the units begin separate trading, the company said.

The blank check company concurrently closed a private placement of about 8.9 million warrants at $1 per warrant for gross proceeds of nearly $8.9 million. Each warrant is exercisable to buy one class A share at $11.50 per share, Apex Treasury ( APXTU ) said.
