APi Group Shares Gain as Q1 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Net Revenue Declines

09:43 AM EDT, 05/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- APi Group ( APG ) shares were up 2.8% in early Thursday trading after the company reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.34 per diluted share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.33.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.60 billion, down from $1.61 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.60 billion.

The company said it expects Q2 net revenue to be between $1.75 billion and $1.80 billion.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.81 billion.

The company said it continues to expect full year net revenue of between $7.05 billion and $7.25 billion.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $7.19 billion.
