08:09 AM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- APi Group ( APG ) said Wednesday it has signed an agreement to acquire safety services provider CertaSite.

Financial terms of the transaction were not provided, but APi said CertaSite is expected to contribute about $90 million in full-year 2025 revenue.

APi said it now expects 2025 net revenue to be at or above $7.88 billion, the midpoint of its October guidance range of $7.83 billion to $7.93 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.88 billion.

The company said it expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand and complete it in Q1 of 2026.
