Apogee Therapeutics Raises $345 Million From Public Offering

04:11 PM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apogee Therapeutics ( APGE ) said late Friday it has closed its public offering of shares and pre-funded warrants, raising about $345 million for the clinical-stage biotechnology company.

The closing included the full exercise of an overallotment option, it said.
