Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance Q1 Distributable EPS, Revenue Decline -- Shares Slip After Hours

05:42 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance ( ARI ) Monday night reported Q1 distributable net income of $0.35 per diluted share, down from $0.48 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.32 normalized.

Net interest income for the quarter ended March 31 was $56.7 million, down from $71 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $58.3 million.

Shares were down 2% in after-hours activity.
