Apollo Completes $750 Million Financing for Mumbai International Airport

03:46 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) said late Monday that funds affiliated with the company and long-term investors completed a $750 million financing for the Mumbai International Airport Ltd. in India.

The four-year senior secured notes will mainly refinance existing debt and allow Mumbai International Airport to have the financial flexibility in supporting its operations, modernization and sustainability initiatives.

Mumbai International Airport will also be eligible to receive up to $250 million in additional funding to accelerate capital expenditure and expand capacity, according to Apollo.
