10:00 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) said Friday that funds it manages, along with minority co-investor Rettig, have completed the acquisition of a 94.5% stake in Purmo Group, a provider of indoor-climate products.

Apollo said the acquisition was completed through a special-purpose vehicle called Project Grand Bidco (UK).

Apollo and Rettig will look to buy the remaining shares and delist Purmo from the Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange in the near future, Apollo said, adding that the move would result in Apollo owning an 80% stake and Rettig owning 20%.
