09:19 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) , Athene, and Motive Partners said Thursday they acquired ARS, a company focused on retirement income planning technology.

Financial terms were not provided.

The companies said the investment was made through an entity owned by Athene and funds advised by Motive Partners.

ARS will continue to operate independently as it expands its offerings, according to the joint statement.
