08:47 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Managemen (APO) said Monday that funds it manages have completed a previously announced acquisition of a majority interest in Stream Data Centers.

As part of the deal, Principal Asset Management has acquired a minority interest in Stream Data Centers through a fund it manages, Apollo said.

Stream Data Centers' management team will also retain a minority stake and continue to lead the company, Apollo said.
