09:55 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) said Thursday that its managed funds have reached an agreement with Advent International to acquire Evri, a parcel delivery company in the UK.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The acquisition of Evri is expected to be completed in Q3, Apollo said.
