10:24 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) funds agreed to acquire Hav Energy LNG Holding, a maritime liquefied natural gas carrier or LNGC infrastructure platform, from HitecVision, according to a Tuesday statement from Apollo and HitecVision.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Hav Energy and its partner Knutsen LNG invest in LNGC infrastructure projects and the partners jointly own 10 newbuild LNGCs that are 100% contracted on long-term charters, according to the statement.
