03:07 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Leon D Black, Co-Founder, Former Chief Executive Officer, on December 02, 2024, sold 1,000,000 shares in Apollo Global Management ( APO ) for $173,477,024. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Black has control over a total of 40,604,773 shares of the company, with 35,104,773 shares held directly and 5,500,000 controlled indirectly.
