04:31 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scott Kleinman, Director, Co-President of Apollo Asset Management, on December 03, 2024, sold 500,000 shares in Apollo Global Management ( APO ) for $86,835,230. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Kleinman has control over a total of 6,985,075 shares of the company, with 4,676,291 shares held directly and 2,308,784 controlled indirectly.
