04:21 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) agreed to acquire a minority stake in a Vonovia affiliate for 1 billion euros ($1.11 billion).

The investment will be provided by affiliates and other long-term investors, Apollo said Wednesday in a statement.

The agreement brings total investment commitments by Apollo affiliates and funds in German real estate company Vonovia's entities to 3 billion euros.
