Private equity firm SCF Partners will retain a majority stake in T.D. Williamson.

Apollo's investment, alongside support from SCF Partners, is expected to drive pipeline services innovation, expand the product portfolio and strengthen client relationships, T.D. Williamson said Tuesday in a statement.
