08:37 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) and financial technology-focused private equity firm Motive Partners said Thursday they have launched Lyra Client Solutions Holdings, which aims to provide end-to-end client services in institutional and wealth channels.

Apollo and Motive said they have both invested capital in the new company, which is a spin-out from Apollo's client services division. Financial details were not provided.

Former Advent International Global Chief Financial Officer Eileen Sivolella has joined Lyra as board chair and independent director, the companies said.
