06:57 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management's ( APO ) acquisition of sole control of Kelvion Thermal Solutions Holding has been approved by the European Commission, saying the transaction is not expected to raise competition concerns, according to a Monday statement.

The transaction is mainly related to the heat exchange and cooling solutions sector and the Commission said the concerned companies do not engage in same or vertically related markets.

Shares of Apollo Global Management ( APO ) were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity Monday.
