Apollo Silver Upsizes Private Placement of Shares to $12 Million

11:13 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Silver ( APGOF ) on Friday upsized its non-brokered private placement to $12 million, from the previous $10 million target.

The company will now issue 60-million shares at $0.20 each.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Calico Silver Project in San Bernardino, California.

Apollo shares were last seen up $0.015 to $0.27 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.27, Change: +0.02, Percent Change: +5.88
