AppFolio Q4 Profit, Revenue Increase; Issues Outlook

04:58 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AppFolio ( APPF ) reported Q4 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $0.92 per diluted share, up from $0.88 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected normalized EPS of $0.94.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $203.7 million, up from $171.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $200.1 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 revenue of $920 million to $940 million. Analysts expect $926.8 million.

AppFolio ( APPF ) shares were down over 3% in after-hours activity.
