Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Up After Closing Scheduled for a Final Tranche of a Private Placement

12:57 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Appia Rare Earths & Uranium ( APAAF ) shares rose 12% at last look on Wednesday after it said it will close the final tranche of private placement fof share units that raised $734,200 on Oct.15.

The tranche consists 3.97-milllion units priced at $0.185 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a shares of $0.30.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital and exploration on the company's properties in Brazil and Saskatchewan.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.035 to $0.32 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Price: 0.32, Change: +0.04, Percent Change: +12.28
