09:45 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Appian (APPN) shares were up more than 15% in early trading Thursday after the company reported higher Q3 non-GAAP net income and revenue, and boosted its full year 2025 guidance.
The company reported Q3 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.32 per diluted share, up from $0.02 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.05.
Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $187 million, compared with $154.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $174.2 million.
For Q4, the company expects non-GAAP net income of between $0.04 and $0.08 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.13. Revenue for Q4 is projected at $187 million to $191 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $187.6 million.
For 2025, the company raised its 2025 non-GAAP net income guidance to between $0.50 and $0.54 per share, from $0.28 to $0.36 prior range. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.33.
Full-year revenue is now expected to be in the range of $711 million to $715 million, compared with $695 million to $703 million previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $698.5 million.
