Sept 10 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) on Tuesday said it
would record a one-time income tax charge of up to $10 billion
in the fourth quarter ending Sept.28, after the company lost its
fight against an order by EU competition regulators to pay 13
billion euros in back taxes to Ireland.
