12:08 PM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) introduced Wednesday the new MacBook Pro as well as the new M4 Pro and M4 Max chips along with the M4 to boost power efficiency and performance for the MacBook.

All three chips use advanced 3-nanometer technology, improving both speed and energy use, the company said.

The new MacBook Pro, powered by the M4 family of chips, is designed for Apple Intelligence, changing the way users work and communicate while ensuring privacy, according to Apple ( AAPL ).

The new MacBook Pro is available for pre-order, with deliveries expected to start Nov. 8, the company said.
