Apple Launches Invites App for iPhone

11:45 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) introduced on Tuesday the Apple Invites app that allows iPhone users to create and share custom invitations for various occasions.

The event-planning app also lets users contribute to shared albums and engage with Apple Music playlists, the technology giant said. Apple Invites is now available on the App Store and can be accessed on the web.

The company said iCloud+ subscribers can create invitations, and anyone can RSVP, irrespective of whether they have an Apple ( AAPL ) account or device.

AAPL shares were up 1.9% in recent trading.
