Apple reaches $490 million settlement with shareholders over China sales comments

March 15 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) has reached a $490

million settlement to resolve a class-action lawsuit that

accused Chief Executive Tim Cook of defrauding shareholders by

concealing falling demand for iPhones in China, court papers

showed on Friday.
