BRUSSELS, April 29 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) will
continue to constructively engage with the European Commission
to comply with landmark EU tech rules, the iPhone maker said on
Monday after EU regulators labelled its operating system for
iPads as a gatekeeper under the rules.
"Our focus will remain on delivering the very best products
and services to our European customers, while mitigating the new
privacy and data security risks the DMA (Digital Markets Act)
poses for our users," Apple ( AAPL ) said in a statement.
