NEW DELHI, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) is attempting to
stall antitrust proceedings against the company by challenging
India's antitrust penalty law, India's antitrust regulator told
a New Delhi court in response to the tech company's legal
challenge.
Apple ( AAPL ) last month challenged India's antitrust penalty law
that allows the regulator to use global turnover when
calculating the penalties it imposes on companies for abusing
their market dominance.
