NEW DELHI, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Apple ( AAPL ) is attempting to

stall antitrust proceedings against the company by challenging

India's antitrust penalty law, India's antitrust regulator told

a New Delhi court in response to the tech company's legal

challenge.

Apple ( AAPL ) last month challenged India's antitrust penalty law

that allows the regulator to use global turnover when

calculating the penalties it imposes on companies for abusing

their market dominance.
