The iPhone maker said it will provide third-party developers access to its on-device large language model. Xcode 26 will let developers connect large language models into their coding experience to write code, tests, and documentation, Apple ( AAPL ) said, adding that the tool also has built-in support for OpenAI's ChatGPT.
The company said features unveiled at its Worldwide Developers Conference will be available for testing effective Monday, with a public beta to begin next month.
