BRUSSELS, March 8 (Reuters) - Apple's ( AAPL ) reversal

of its decision two days earlier to block Fortnite game maker

Epic Games from launching its own online marketplace on iPhones

and iPads in Europe shows the Digital Markets Act is already

effective, EU industry chief Thierry Breton said on Friday.
