01:00 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Digital ( APLD ) said Friday it extended the negotiation period on the conditional agreement on datacenter capacity at its Ellendale, North Dakota, campus with an anchor tenant until March 30.

The deal covers 100 megawatts at the facility for a 10 years term, according to the company. The conditional agreement originally had a 45-day negotiation period.

Applied Digital ( APLD ) shares were up nearly 11% in intraday trading.
