12:56 PM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Digital ( APLD ) filed a registration statement Wednesday for the resale of up to 2.96 million shares by a selling stockholder.

The shares are issuable upon the exercise of the warrants at $4.80 per share. The warrants are valid for five years, the company said.

Applied Digital ( APLD ) shares fell 5.4% in recent trading.
