Applied Digital Prices $2.35 Billion Senior Notes Offering

03:08 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Digital ( APLD ) said late Thursday its APLD ComputeCo subsidiary priced a $2.35 billion offering of 9.250% senior secured notes due 2030.

The unit aims to use the proceeds from the offering to help fund construction of data centers at its 400 megawatt Ellendale, North Dakota data center campus, among other objectives, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or about Nov. 20.

Shares were down 4.6% in premarket trading Friday.
