08:51 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Digital ( APLD ) said Monday that the first of three buildings in its Polaris Forge 1 AI Factory campus in Ellendale, North Dakota, is now operating at its full 100 megawatt critical IT load.

The Polaris Forge 1 campus is part of a 400 MW contracted deployment for CoreWeave ( CRWV ) under long-term lease agreements, the company said.

Applied Digital ( APLD ) shares were up 2.6% in recent Monday premarket activity.
