Applied DNA Sciences to Implement 1-for-50 Reverse Stock Split; Shares Fall

11:13 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Applied DNA Sciences ( APDN ) said Wednesday it will implement a 1-for-50 reverse stock split.

The reverse split will be effective on Friday, and the shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis at the start of that day's trading session under the existing ticker symbol.

The reverse split will reduce the number of outstanding shares to about 1.1 million from roughly 55.2 million, the company said.

Shares of Applied DNA Sciences ( APDN ) were down nearly 45% in recent trading.

Price: 0.08, Change: -0.07, Percent Change: -44.90
