Applied Materials Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise; Q4 Outlook Set

04:22 PM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Materials ( AMAT ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $2.12 per diluted share, up from $1.90 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 28 were $6.78 billion, up from $6.43 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $6.67 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $2 and $2.36 on revenue of about $6.93 billion, plus or minus $400 million.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect normalized EPS of $2.14 on revenue of $6.92 billion.
