Applied Optoelectronics Says it Reaches Settlement With Molex Regarding Patent Infringement Dispute

07:35 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Optoelectronics ( AAOI ) said Friday it has reached a settlement with Molex regarding their patent infringement dispute and related litigation.

"We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Molex. Both of our companies value patent protection and are committed to respecting the intellectual property of others," Applied Optoelectronics ( AAOI ) President and Chief Executive Thompson Lin said.

Settlement details weren't disclosed.

Molex did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
