Applied Optoelectronics Sues Eoptolink Technology Over Alleged Patent Infringement

05:19 PM EST, 11/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Applied Optoelectronics ( AAOI ) said late Wednesday it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Eoptolink Technology USA.

The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges that Eoptolink is infringing various Applied Optoelectronics' ( AAOI ) optical transceiver patents.

The company said it is seeking monetary damages from Eoptolink and a permanent injunction.
