03:17 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arash Adam Foroughi, 10% Owner, Director, Chief Executive Officer & Chairperson, on August 20, 2025, sold 90,927 shares in AppLovin ( APP ) for $38,276,071. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Foroughi has control over a total of 2,620,459 Class A common shares of the company, with 2,620,054 shares held directly and 405 controlled indirectly.
