AppTech Payments Names Thomas DeRosa as Interim CEO, Felipe Corrado as CFO

08:23 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AppTech Payments ( APCX ) said Monday that Chief Executive Luke D'Angelo resigned from his position as of Dec. 24 and that Thomas DeRosa was named interim CEO.

The financial services company said D'Angelo will remain chairman of its board of directors. DeRosa was previously Apptech's executive director of product and project management.

The company also said it appointed Felipe Corrado IV as chief financial officer and treasurer, succeeding Meilin Yu, effective Dec. 24. Corrado has held various financial roles at Apptech for about three years.

Shares of AppTech Payments ( APCX ) were down 2.1% in recent premarket activity.
