08:36 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aptorum Group ( APM ) shareholders approved the company's proposed all-stock merger with DiamiR Biosciences, the company said Wednesday.

Under the merger agreement, DiamiR will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aptorum ( APM ) upon completion of the transaction, it said.

Aptorum ( APM ) said the merger remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close before fiscal 2027.
