Aqua Metals Shares Fall After $7 Million Public Offering of Share, Warrants Priced

11:14 AM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aqua Metals ( AQMS ) shares fell 15% in recent trading Wednesday after the company priced its public offering of 17.5 million common shares at $0.39 each and related warrants at $0.01 apiece for proceeds of $7 million.

The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.625 million additional common shares and warrants, Aqua Metals ( AQMS ) said Wednesday.

The offering is expected to close Friday, and proceeds will be used for general working capital, Aqua Metals ( AQMS ) said.

All the company's officers and directors participated in the public offering, along with several long-time stockholders, including recycling firm PADNOS, Aqua Metals ( AQMS ) said.

Price: 0.40, Change: -0.07, Percent Change: -15.00
