12:54 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aramark ( ARMK ) said Monday that its subsidiary, Aramark International Finance, launched a private offering of 400 million euros ($419.5 million) of senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The subsidiary plans to use the proceeds to help repay 325 million euros of its 3.125% senior notes due 2025 and the remainder for general corporate purposes, Aramark ( ARMK ) said in a regulatory filing.
