09:54 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arbe Robotics ( ARBE ) said Friday that it has priced its up to $49 million public offering, which is slated to be completed on or about Monday.

The company said 8.25 million ordinary shares are being offering, along with tranche A warrants to buy up to 8.25 million ordinary shares and tranche B warrants to purchase up to 8.25 million ordinary shares.

The combined public offering price is $1.82 per share and accompanying tranche A and B warrants, the company said.

The tranche A and B warrants will have an exercise price of $2.35 per share and $1.82 per share, respectively, but there's no assurance that any of these warrants will be exercised, Arbe said.

The company said it expects the offering to generate $15 million in gross proceeds, with the potential for additional gross proceeds of $34.4 million if the warrants are fully exercised on a cash basis.

Arbe said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
